Nimbo Stay knows when Easter falls, where the bank holidays and school holidays are, and how full you were last year. It lines next year up for you, and leaves every decision with you.

Plan a year

  • Lines next year up with this year: Easter, every bank holiday and the school holidays land where they belong
  • Opens and closes by your own rules, like a week before Easter, or the first Sunday in October
  • Looks at how full you were on the same dates and suggests where a season up or down would earn more
  • Bank holiday weekends and school holidays are never suggested cheaper
  • Creates the seasons and copies your prices in one go, with a price rise if you want one

Nothing changes until you press Create, and you can adjust any date afterwards.

Minimum stays, day by day

  • Set a minimum stay for any arrival day on a calendar, the way your old system did. Click or drag across the days
  • Bank holidays are marked, so the busy weekends are easy to find
  • Hold the summer for 7-night stays while your regulars book, then put every day back exactly as it was with one click
  • A held week can’t be nibbled at: a short stay that runs into it isn’t allowed either
  • Set the longest stay, and which days guests can arrive or leave, for any part of the year

  • Switch online booking off for a while with your own message, and your website says so too
