Know who’s arrived, and who’s on site.

Put a camera on the entrance and Nimbo Stay reads every car that comes in. Guests with a booking are picked out at check-in, and anyone without one shows up straight away.

Arrivals, highlighted

  • A camera at the entrance reads each number plate as the car comes in
  • The plate is matched to its booking, even for groups arriving in more than one car
  • That guest turns green on today’s Arrivals list, so reception knows who’s here before they reach the door
  • The list updates by itself while it’s open. Nobody needs to press refresh

Keep tabs on the site

  • Every plate the camera reads is logged, with the time and which camera saw it
  • Cars that aren’t on any booking are marked Unmatched, so visitors stand out
  • Search for any plate, or show only the unmatched ones
  • If the camera misreads a plate, assign it to the right booking in two clicks
  • Old readings delete themselves after the number of days you choose

Works with a camera that can read number plates, or an ordinary IP camera with free plate-reading software such as Frigate. We’ll help you connect it.
