Guest emails, answered

  • Reads every email that arrives in your inbox
  • Matches it to the guest’s booking by their email address
  • Writes a reply using their booking and your own terms and site rules
  • Flags complaints, and anything it isn’t sure about, for a person to check
  • You check it and press Send. The reply goes from your own address, in the same email thread

Ask it instead of clicking

  • Find a free pitch, with the best fit for your gaps suggested first
  • Extend or shorten a stay, or move a booking to another pitch
  • Add extras, mark a balance paid, check guests in or out
  • Email a guest, or answer “how do I…” questions about the system
  • Type it or say it: there’s a Speak button

Before it changes a booking it tells you what it’s about to do, and you press Confirm. It can’t cancel bookings, give refunds or delete anything. Those stay with you.
